Two teams dueled it out in the first Schulenburg Powderpuff Game on Friday, May 8 at Shorthorn Stadium benefiting Relay for Life. The event culminated a project for the Leadership in Agriculture class put together by High School students Selena Toro and Clara Crim. The two were responsible for everything from ordering shirts and getting the referees, to also running the raffle.

During the game, the senior and sophomore students (Team Grahmann) edged the juniors and freshmen (Team Machac) 8-6. Male students also took part by showing their team spirit.

The event raised over $700 for the American Cancer Society.
